Form of payment
You can make your purchase by credit card or bank transfer.
Warranty
The quilts are in 100% fit for use and come with our standard 2-year warranty. Any manufacturing defects have been reviewed and corrected, and in most cases will not even be visible to the naked eye.
Refund
For safety and hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, you have a period of 24 hours after receiving the goods to check their condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you must contact us to request authorization to return the product, which must be sent by the means of your choice at your expense. To be eligible for return, the product must not have been tested or used and must retain its original packaging. Once we receive the product and it has been checked, we will proceed to reimburse you.
Shipping
Usually there is a 48/72 h. lead time to process and ship orders, but sometimes the product needs to be reconditioned or manufactured and this shipping time may take a few more days.
